「puujee」第１回試写会

皆様、「puujee」が産声を上げ、ようやく世間に泳ぎ出しました。
映画って不思議です。
上映を重ねるごとに、製作スタッフの手を離れどんどん成長し、一人歩きを始めます。「puujee」が皆様に愛される映画に成長してくれるかどうか、私たち製作スタッフは親馬鹿の心境で見守っていこうと思います。
いえ、まだそんな日向の縁側のじいさんのようなのんきなことは言っていられません。「puujee」の存在さえ世間には充分に知られていないのですから。
このブログを通じて、少しずつでも「puujee」を知ってくださる方が増えることを
祈りながら、第１回の日誌を綴ります。

５月１０日
第１回試写会を京橋の美学校第２試写室で行いました。
定員４０名の試写室がほぼ満員。
幸先の良いスタートでした。プレス関係は、朝日ウィークリー、新潮社「旅」、北海道新聞社、共同通信社、映画評論家北川れい子さん、女優の石田えりさん、映画コラムニストの堀内逸造さんが見てくださいました。
ご感想は？
端的な例は「この映画、フィクションですよね」というご質問です。
もちろん、「puujee」は純然たるノンフィクション、記録映画です。
フィクションと思ってしまうほど、ドラマティックだということでしょうか？
ちょっといい気になりすぎていますが、そこまで熱中してご覧いただけると
作り手冥利に尽きます。

同日、音楽を担当してくださった作曲家の川崎真弘さんの告別式でした。
「puujee」のために新曲を書いてくださると最期まで気にかけてくださっていましたが、５月４日旅立たれてしまいました。肝臓ガンでした。
「puujee」では、川崎さんの「memory of the Great Journey」ケーナ・バージョンを使用しています。
音楽のお仲間からは「ラッキー」というニックネームで親しまれていました。
本当に周りの人間をラッキーにしてくださる川崎さんでした。
いつも、心が温かくなるような素敵な笑顔を絶やすことがなかった優しい川崎真弘さん。
ご冥福をお祈りすると同時に、試写会の成功を報告させていただきます。
